Shenzhen Shengshida Electronics Co., Ltd. was established in 1999 by Jons Zheng, with more than 10 years' experience of professional R&D, production and marketing of a full range of AC & DC cooling fans. Our factory is located in Bao'an District, Shenzhen with an area of nearly 3,000 square meters. There are two production assembly lines with monthly production capacity of 100 million units. Manufacturing facility and testing equipment include injection molding machines, automatic assembly line equipment, air compressors, auto balers, constant temperature and humidity, auto-magnetizing machine, auto-winding machine, auto-soldering machines, IC cutting machines, balancing machines, pin machine and more. We have been providing OEM and ODM services at home and abroad.
Application
Over the past decade, Shengshida Electronics has been giving support to end products of various famous brands in China, helping them to tackle termal management difficulty by offering cooling solutions that meet their needs. Our fans are featured with low noise, low power consumption, long life-span and large airflow, etc., with a broad application in the industry of Power Supplies, IT&PC, Communication Equipment, Household Appliances, Cooling Rack, Car Refrigerator, Water Dispenser, Induction Cooker, Stage Equipment, LED lighting, Hi-Fi system, Medical and more.
Design and Development
Shengshida Electronics offers a customized service for different needs, including circuit analysis, design, moulding, prototype build, and environmental testing. Modification or adjustment can be well made upon any specific case from the customers. To meet the global requirements on environmental protection(like RoHs), Shengshida Electronics imposes a strict control over the manufacturing material and processes.
Quality Control
Shengshida Electronics controls production in strict accordance with ISO9001 quality standards. We produce core components, including leaf fan box, circuit board and motor development on our own. And we emphasize the implementation of a comprehensive quality control management(TQM) approach, focusing on improving the hardware, while also concerning about the growth of every employee. Thus comes monthly schedule of quality control worker training, and deepen awareness of product quality.
